Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Project Manager to provide consulting on a financial retail banking client’s HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects. This remote role serves the Central Time Zone with no travel required.

You will manage overall project delivery from design to closeout, coordinate with clients on scope and budgets, and ensure governance and data integrity across projects. Strong PM tools experience is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field preferred.
Strong organizational and management skills; ability to work with the broader team.
Effective presentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.

Responsibilities

Manage all areas of project management for individual real estate projects, from planning through closeout.
Collaborate with clients to prepare scope, resource needs, cost estimates and budgets.
Define project delivery resources and run RFIs, bid evaluations and resource recommendations.
Implement governance for project documentation aligned with client requirements.
Ensure data integrity and timely, coordinated project information.
Direct the delivery team with guidance to achieve goals and milestones.
