Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Project Manager to provide consulting services for a global client account. This remote role supports a financial retail banking client’s HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects within the Mountain time zone, with no travel required.

You will lead project planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout, coordinating with clients on scope, budget, milestones, quality control, and risk mitigation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction preferred.
• Strong organizational and management skills; ability to work with the broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction PM tools.

• Manage all areas of project management for single real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
• Define resources, run RFPs, evaluate bids, and select vendors for projects.
