Job summary

Flintco is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead and oversee capital construction projects in the Denver area. You will liaise with owners, major subcontractors, architects and engineers, ensuring projects stay within budget and on schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in construction-related field and 5–7 years of experience, with LEED AP/DBIA/ASHE certifications a plus. Expect travel to remote projects and potential relocation considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of construction management experience with PM responsibilities.
• Professional certification such as LEED AP, DBIA, ASHE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review estimates and bids and support management in staffing project personnel.
• Selective subcontractors and contracts, review materials and shop drawings.
• Review project schedules and ensure timely delivery and approvals.
• Prepare and administer pre-requisites like cash flow and logs; coordinate submittals.
• Coordinate materials delivery and receipt with the project team.
• Close out projects with complete documentation and final settlements.
