Job summary

Qualifications

• LEED Accreditation and other related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work for a defined area or region, guiding bid and preconstruction activities.
• Lead estimating and budgeting for conceptual and lump-sum bids with cross-functional teams.
• Develop area marketing plans and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Cultivate relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors.
• Ensure safety and process improvements across projects.
