Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the xPL Offsite division. You will serve as the daily point of contact for the site construction team and owners' representatives, implementing contract requirements with manufacturing partners and keeping stakeholders updated on schedule, documents, and status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain management.
• Experience managing geographically diverse, remote, and multidisciplined teams.
• Strong decision making and relationship skills.
• Ability to read and understand general contract documents and specifications.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish productive relationships with site team and owners' representatives while communicating project status and needs.
• Develop consensus on product delivery including budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and installation processes.
• Oversee contractors' adherence to contracts, submittals, specs, and codes.
• Coordinate workflow with the construction delivery schedule and site team.
• Provide monthly project health and budget status reports to management.
• Manage staffing levels for GC/GR compliance and project financial structure.
