Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced project leader for a Seattle-based project within the xPL Offsite division. The role focuses on coordinating site teams, owners' representatives, and manufacturing partners to ensure delivery on schedule, budget, and quality.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing operations or supply chain management, with strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain management or related field with 8+ years experience.
• Experience managing geographically diverse, remote, multidisciplined teams.
• Strong decision making and relationship skills to identify constraints and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as daily point of contact for site construction team and owners' representatives.
• Develop consensus for product delivery including budgets, emergent work, quality, safety, scheduling, installation, and close-out processes.
• Oversee manufacturing partners' adherence to contracts, submittals, specifications, and codes.
• Align processes to project delivery schedule and communicate with stakeholders.
• Present monthly project health reports on finance, staffing, schedule, risks and recovery plans.
