Job summary

Paired is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to join its Operations Team, supporting remodeling and renovation projects from kickoff to handover. You will manage schedules, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and keep clients aligned to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

Construction experience is a must. You should understand permits, inspections, and closeout processes, and be able to read blueprints and construction documents.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the construction industry, remodeling or renovation projects.
• Experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager or similar construction operations role.
• Solid knowledge of the construction process (permits, inspections, subcontractors, closeout).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with construction project management software, BuilderTrend preferred.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help build and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Keep project schedules up to date and flag risks early.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal resources.
• Track every phase of the project from design to client handover.
• Ensure projects follow building codes, safety regulations and quality standards.
