Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a remote role serving a Pacific Time Zone-based financial retail banking client. The role focuses on managing HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects with no travel required.

You will coordinate scope, budgets, milestones, risk, and governance while guiding a delivery team to successful outcomes. This position requires strong MS Office skills and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills including percentages and other financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for single real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Define delivery resources and conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team with guidance to meet goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule; track progress and variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
