Job summary

Turner & Townsend remotely supports a Central Time Zone client as a Construction Project Manager overseeing HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrades within a large portfolio. You’ll manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout, coordinating with clients to finalize scope, budgets, and schedules.

The role emphasizes governance, data integrity, risk management, and collaboration with a broad project delivery team. No travel required; on-site presence may vary by client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational and management skills to collaborate with the broader team.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and construction PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for single real estate projects across planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope of work, resource needs, budgets, schedules, quality and risk.
• Define delivery resources, run RFPs, evaluate bids and recommend resources.
• Implement governance and ensure data integrity and timely documentation.
• Direct project delivery team with guidance and clear objectives.
• Create action plans, track progress and report status and variances.
• Identify threats, develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Share knowledge across disciplines and support other teams.
