Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting services for a financial services client account, leading ground-up and renovation projects in Florida while supporting initiatives across the Atlantic Coast and Tampa/Orlando markets based on location.

This is a remote role requiring 20–40% travel to project sites, with responsibilities spanning initiation through closeout, client interface, cost control, and schedule management.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (now or in the future).
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience; LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Kahua, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar PM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects from initiation through completion.
• Interface with clients to prepare scope of work, cost estimates, budgets, work plans, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Review subcontractor costs, change orders, and construction schedules; opine on contingency adequacy.
