Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a remote role supporting a financial retail banking client in the Central Time Zone. You will oversee HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects, manage scope, budget, and schedule, and coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes governance, data integrity, risk mitigation, and cross-functional leadership with no travel required. SOX controls may apply where relevant.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate with clients to prepare scope, budgets, schedules and milestones.
• Define resources, conduct bids, evaluate proposals, and select vendors.
• Ensure governance, data integrity, and timely project documentation.
• Lead project delivery team and track progress, risks, and changes.
