Turner & Townsend in the United States (Central Time Zone) is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support our financial retail banking client on HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects. This is a remote role with no travel required and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

You will lead all phases from pre-construction through closeout, coordinate with clients on scope, budgets, schedules and risk, and ensure documentation governance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction is preferred.
• Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team
• Effective presentation skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project (scope, resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan, milestones, quality control, risk).
• Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or via RFQs and conduct bid evaluations.
