Turner & Townsend is seeking a real estate project manager to oversee all phases of a major client engagement in the financial retail banking sector. You will guide planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout to deliver value for the client.

You will manage a high volume of HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects, from RFP and resource allocation to quality control and risk mitigation, while coaching the delivery team to meet milestones and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of real estate project management for a financial retail banking client, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Oversee a high volume of HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects, from RFP and resource allocation to quality control and risk mitigation.
• Track progress, report variances, and direct the project delivery team while coaching others and implementing action plans to achieve project objectives.
