Qualifications

• 10+ years in the construction industry, PM or CM experience preferred.
• 4-year degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficient knowledge of plans, specs, contracts, and loan draw review processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for on-site draw meetings.

Responsibilities

• Review construction documents and assessments to evaluate risks and provide feedback during due diligence.
• Interpret business issues and recommend process or service improvements.
• Solve complex problems with broad impact across projects and teams.
• Monitor construction through completion to ensure conformance with plans and documents; travel for on-site meetings.
• Understand loan documents in relation to construction deals; set up and attend kick-offs for new projects.
• Maintain extensive project documentation for internal distribution.
