Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience or guidance-based growth toward independent execution.
• Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, electrical, and geotechnical drawings.
• Foundational understanding of construction processes and pile load testing.
• Strong attention to detail with disciplined documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Willingness to learn and support emerging construction technologies.
• Ability to conduct field work and data collection.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate across multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily engineering information flow to field teams and distribute drawing updates.
• Draft clear RFIs, gather supporting docs, route to the right discipline, and track closure.
• Interpret and communicate project design requirements and permit conditions.
• Maintain engineering document control systems and version tracking.
• Identify constructability issues and support risk mitigation.
• Prepare logs and summaries for owner/IE comment cycles.
• Monitor deliverable timelines and escalate at-risk items.
• Support pile load testing coordination and data reporting.
• Contribute to SOPs and knowledge databases.
