Remote Leverage is hiring REMOTE Construction Cost Estimators for immediate, US-based projects. You will review plans, prepare detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment and overhead, and support bids with accurate quantities.

We welcome candidates with 1+ year of experience, fluent English, reliable internet, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. This is a remote role with diverse projects across multiple countries.

Compensation is $1400-$2500 USD per month.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to understand scope, materials, and requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
• Request and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
• Perform quantity takeoffs to calculate materials and resources needed for the project.
• Identify risks and cost variables that could impact the project budget or timeline.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to refine estimates and support bids and proposals.
