Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing is assisting a multinational partner in concrete restoration to fill a fully remote Concrete Restoration Estimator role, open to candidates anywhere in the United States.

Primary duties include reviewing drawings and bid documents, performing detailed quantity takeoffs, and developing complete cost estimates for restoration projects. Base salary up to $100,000 with annual bonus, full benefits, and 401k.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience in concrete restoration or related fields.
• Experience estimating self-performed restoration projects for commercial/industrial structures.
• Experience interpreting restoration plans, specs, and repair documents.
• Strong understanding of restoration means, methods, and production rates.
• Proficient with Bluebeam and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, and bid docs to develop scopes for restoration projects.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Develop labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and production-rate estimates.
• Collaborate with operations on means, methods, and pricing strategies.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor quotations.
• Identify scope gaps, risks, and VE opportunities.
• Prepare bid packages and proposals.
• Support pre-bid and site visits; communicate estimate assumptions.
