Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs from blueprints, drawings, and specifications using takeoff software.
• Prepare detailed material and labor quantity reports to support the estimating and bidding process.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify scope, potential discrepancies, or missing information.
• Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure takeoffs align with bid requirements and timelines.
• Maintain organized, accurate documentation for each project's takeoff data.
• Request pricing from vendors and subcontractors as needed to support cost estimates.
