Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in commercial insurance or construction claims
• Experience with job-site accidents and liability matters
• New York Labor Law experience (200/240(1), 241(6)) preferred
• Willingness to obtain an active Property and Casualty license within four months of hire

• Advocate for general contractors and construction clients through claim and dispute resolution
• Evaluate liability, coverage, and risk transfer opportunities with insurers and defense counsel
• Coordinate with carriers, TPAs, and counsel to develop resolution strategies
• Review coverage positions, tenders, denials, and pleadings to guide action
• Maintain thorough claim documentation and action plans
• Identify trends to inform risk management and insurance placement
