Job summary

Telework begins after on-campus training. The ideal candidate has 1 year call-center experience in healthcare, strong data-entry and communication skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1 year data look-up/data entry experience.
• 2 years’ experience in customer service.
• 1 year call center experience in medical industry.
• 1 year of remote work experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer assigned calls and manage routing as needed.
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments following policies.
• Capture demographic and insurance information accurately.
• Complete patient registrations professionally and timely.
• Assist with onboarding and process improvement recommendations.
• Complete training and education to ensure compliance.
• Process payments for co-pays and balances.
• Escalate calls to Nurse Line or Supervisor as needed.
• Perform other duties after training.
