A leading legal staffing agency is seeking a Conflicts Manager to lead the conflicts team and manage potential conflicts of interest across all practice areas. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of conflicts management experience in a law firm setting. This is a full-time remote position with a salary up to $130,000 annually, offering comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or paralegal certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in conflicts management within a law firm setting.
• Strong understanding of legal ethics, professional responsibility rules, and AMLaw firm operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the conflicts clearance process for new business and lateral hires.
• Supervise and mentor conflicts analysts and specialists.
• Review and analyze conflict reports using firm systems and databases.
