A hybrid or remote work arrangement is possible for qualified candidates. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of conflicts/ethics experience, a JD, and proficiency with Intapp, Dropbox, OneDrive, iManage, and Filesite.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional experience in law firm conflicts, ethics, or risk management.
• Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent specialized training in conflicts/business intake).
• Experience applying ethics rules and firm policies to resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and clear conflicts for new matters and existing matters.
• Assess conflicts for lateral hires and client relationships; evaluate waivers and approvals.
• Document resolutions for audit readiness and maintain data integrity in the conflicts database.
