Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and active U.S. law license.
• 3+ years of direct, full-time conflicts experience at a large law firm.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Intapp Open and Intapp Terms preferred.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve conflicts of interest for intake and maintenance of new and existing matters.
• Draft conflicts waivers and review engagement letters for conflicts.
• Maintain thorough records of conflicts resolutions and communicate with partners and leadership.
• Provide training on conflicts for new hires and lateral partners.
• Assist with outside counsel guidelines, engagement letters, and ethics policies.
