Job summary

Fisher Phillips is seeking an experienced Conflicts Attorney to join the New Business Intake team in a fully remote role serving East and West Coast regions across the US. The role focuses on analyzing conflict reports, applying ethical rules, and resolving potential conflicts for new business, lateral hires, and RFPs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on conflicts experience in a law firm, a JD, and active bar admission, with proficiency in Intapp Open and Intapp Walls.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on conflicts experience in a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of conflicts of interest rules, ethics, and professional responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex conflict reports and exercise independent judgment to identify potential conflict of interest issues.
• Draft consents and conflicts waivers, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Coordinate with Risk Management, General Counsel, or Intake teams for conflict resolution.
• Maintain conflicts database and ensure accurate reporting.
