Job summary

Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm, seeks an experienced Conflicts Attorney for its New Business Intake team. This remote, full-time role requires 2+ years of hands-on conflicts analysis in a law firm and a JD with active bar membership.

You will analyze reports, apply ethical rules, and coordinate with Risk Management and General Counsel to resolve conflicts. Responsibilities include independent conflict analysis, preparing recommendations, and drafting

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on conflicts analysis in a law firm environment.
• Strong knowledge of conflicts of interest rules, ethics, and professional responsibility.
• Experience with conflicts databases and risk-management processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex conflict reports and identify potential conflicts of interest.
• Research jurisdictional conflicts and applicable ethical rules to guide resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to gather required information for analyses.
• Prepare clear communications with recommendations for conflict resolution.
• Draft consents and waivers and maintain supporting documentation.
