Job summary

Fisher Phillips LLP is seeking an experienced Conflicts Attorney to join the New Business Intake team. The role focuses on analyzing conflict reports, applying ethical rules, and coordinating with Risk Management and General Counsel to protect the firm and clients.

We seek candidates with 2+ years of hands-on conflicts experience in a law firm and strong knowledge of conflicts of interest rules. This is a fully remote position limited to East and West Coast regions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on conflicts experience in a law firm environment.
• Strong knowledge of conflicts of interest rules, legal ethics, and professional responsibility.
• Experience coordinating with Risk Management, General Counsel, or Intake teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex conflict reports and identify potential conflicts of interest.
• Research jurisdictional conflicts and applicable ethical rules to determine resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to gather information for analysis and resolution.
• Draft consents and conflicts waivers ensuring compliance with standards.
• Prepare and implement ethical walls and update conflicts policies.
• Mentor and train New Business Intake staff and firm administrators.
