Job summary

Fisher Phillips is expanding its intake team and seeking two NBI Conflicts Analysts to support national operations from the West and East Coasts. You will drive new client matters, streamline workflows, and ensure high-quality service across time zones with a strong emphasis on confidential information handling.

The role requires 3+ years in a law firm, proficiency with Intapp, iManage and Aderant, and excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a law firm environment – preferably new business and conflicts experience.
• Experience with Intapp, iManage and Aderant preferred.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to independently plan and coordinate work with others to bring projects to completion.
• Ability to communicate with attorneys and firm personnel at all levels.
• Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide contextual analysis of conflicts results.
• Manage intake of requests from attorneys, Accounting, and others, with timely responses.
• Perform conflict searches to facilitate processing of change requests.
• Assist department manager with lateral conflicts check process.
• Perform conflict searches for new clients and matters including reviewing results.
• Review new matter requests for accuracy and adherence to firm policy.
• Ensure timely processing of new matter intake forms within Intapp.
• Communicate with lawyers and legal staff regarding matter-opening procedures.
• Assist in firm technology projects involving new business intake.
