Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman LLP is seeking a fully remote Conflicts Analyst to support the Conflicts Supervisor and Manager in opening new matters and onboarding attorneys. The role requires at least one year of conflicts experience. Candidates must reside in a state with an WSHB office.

Qualifications

Prior conflicts experience with a law firm, a professional service, or academic environment preferred.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly with supervising attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

Research prospective clients and entities in internal databases and external references.
Provide clear summaries of conflicts issues and potential resolutions to attorneys.
Consult with Supervisor/Manager on conflicts reports and recommended resolutions.
Follow up to ensure timely resolution of conflicts issues.
Respond to department emails promptly and complete special projects; overtime as needed.
