Job summary

Gainor Staffing is seeking a Conflicts Attorney for a temporary, fully remote position. You will conduct and analyze conflicts searches for new clients and matters, identify potential conflicts, and support clearance and resolution across the firm.

JD and active bar admission required, with 3+ years of relevant experience in a large or multi-office firm. The role includes drafting conflict waivers, assisting with intake projects, and training staff on conflicts procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Conflicts Attorney experience.
• JD with active bar admission.
• Strong knowledge of Rules of Professional Conduct and conflicts analysis.
• Experience with new business intake and/or lateral hire intake.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Intapp experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and analyze conflicts searches for new clients, matters, lateral hires, and other firm activity.
• Identify potential conflicts and assist with clearance and resolution.
• Draft conflict waivers and support Intake Attorneys with complex reviews.
• Assist with new business and lateral intake projects.
• Train attorneys and staff on conflicts and intake procedures.
• Participate in rotating evening and weekend conflicts coverage.
