Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join our team in multiple US offices, with the position offering flexible remote work within reasonable commuting distance from our offices.

The role involves researching potential conflicts, validating reports, and coordinating with attorneys and staff across the firm. Prior experience in a large law firm is preferred. This is a six-month temporary assignment with potential remote work options.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years' experience as a conflicts analyst, preferably at a large law firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent grammar and spelling.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive research and analysis of potential conflicts for new business intake.
• Conduct conflict searches on incoming lateral attorneys and provide detailed analysis.
• Update client/matter records and reflect former client status as needed.
• Audit conflict submittals and produce daily reports of conflicts checks.
• Participate in special projects and coordinate with other departments as needed.
