Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Configuration Engineer to own the functional and technical configuration for the product creator, focusing on Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComms for life sciences clients.

You will act as the expert system administrator, translating business processes into technical requirements and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless product configurations and feature activations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with configuring and implementing software solutions (e.g., Salesforce CRM, IQVIA OCE, Inception CRM, Microsoft D365, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms)

Responsibilities

• Act as the expert system administrator for clients, managing hands-on configurations including lifecycles, complex workflows, document types, fields, security profiles, and page layouts
• Understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
• Perform system configuration changes
• Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
