Job summary

MD² is seeking a remote Client Relationship Specialist to guide prospective patients through enrollment and coordinate physician introductions, delivering a white-glove experience.

You will manage a sales pipeline, educate prospects on concierge medicine, and partner with physicians to move opportunities to enrollment while using HubSpot to document activity and follow up consistently.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in business development, inside sales, account management, or similar sales role.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and moving opportunities through the sales process.
• Experience using a CRM to manage leads and track sales activity (HubSpot preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients, guiding them through enrollment.
• Manage a pipeline of leads from inquiry to enrollment using HubSpot.
• Educate prospects about MD² and coordinate introductions with physicians.
• Maintain regular communication to advance opportunities and keep patients engaged.
