SignatureMD in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Member Enrollment Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective members exploring our concierge physician network. This hybrid, Mon-Fri role runs about 40 hours per week at $25/hr, with a 3-month temp-to-perm path.

You’ll convert inquiries into enrollments, manage 30+ calls daily, and maintain sharp CRM records while delivering a five‑star experience.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, healthcare, customer success, or hospitality.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to hit metrics in a fast-paced environment.
• CRM experience with Zoho or Salesforce preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Help people find the personalized healthcare experience they deserve. As the first point of contact for prospective members exploring SignatureMD's concierge physician network, you'll turn inquiries into relationships - and relationships into enrollments.

What you'll do

• Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice (and chat partner) for people exploring concierge medicine
• Explain the benefits of personalized care and guide members through enrollment
• Manage 30+ calls a day, follow up promptly, and keep CRM records sharp
• Hit conversion and activity goals while delivering a five-star experience
• Handle enrollment data entry with accuracy and discretion

What you bring

• A background in sales, healthcare, customer success, or hospitality
• Natural relationship-building and consultative sales instincts
• Comfort working independently and hitting metrics in a fast-paced environment
• CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) a plus
• Solid Microsoft Office skills
• Flexibility for shifts between 8am-8pm EST, Monday-Friday
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
