Sedgwick is seeking a remote Concierge Performance Associate to assist homeowners, contractors, and carriers with program work. You will dispatch jobs, schedule appointments, and support insurance adjusters while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, multitasking, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1 year in related fields preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in construction management, restoration and/or insurance claims and customer service.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives, reviews and dispatches new jobs to contractors based on job type and location.
• Place outbound calls to sell programs to customers and set up appointments.
• Monitor pending jobs and follow up with homeowners to ensure smooth process.
• Handle inbound calls to answer questions, resolve issues, and schedule contractor appointments.
• Attendance during scheduled work hours is required.
