Job summary

You will deliver executive-ready reports and track remediation while staying abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends to mitigate emerging risks impacting products and the CTA program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience executing compliance testing, monitoring, assurance, or audit programs.
• Track record of identifying uncontrolled risks and control gaps across a global regulatory landscape including AML/CFT.
• Proven success delivering testing outcomes on schedule with executive-ready reports and remediation tracking.
• Experience using data extraction and analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Snowflake) and proficiency with Google Slides/Sheets.
• BA/BS degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of CTA activities from planning to remediation.
• Build and enhance CTA methodologies and governance with stakeholders.
• Develop risk-based annual CTA plans with Compliance teams across regions.
• Deliver periodic reports on progress, results, root causes, and remediation status.
• Lead issue tracking and ensure corrective actions are implemented and documented.
• Monitor regulatory developments to identify emerging risks affecting scope.
