Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. seeks a Compliance Analyst to support move-ins, recertifications, and regulatory reporting across properties in the portfolio. The role involves preparing rent schedules, utility allowances, and assisting with audits.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in government housing compliance (Section 42, RD, HUD, HOME) and strong Excel, Word, and Yardi experience. This remote position requires travel to sites as needed and aligns with an ESOP-driven, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with government housing programs and compliance.
• Experience with Section 42 Tax Credit, Rural Development, HUD or HOME programs.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily file processing reviews for new move-ins and re-certifications.
• Prepare and update Rent Schedules with income, rent, and utility allowances.
• Track, review and prepare utility allowances and periodic reports.
• Aid in audits and monitor EIV compliance.
• Collaborate with managers and other departments as needed.
