Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressively responsible supervisory claims roles.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Strong knowledge of casualty claims handling and litigation influence.
• High School diploma or GED or 3+ years virtual customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Two+ years of litigation experience, SIU preferred.
• Professional designation (AIC/CPCU/ICAR) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of commercial casualty claims across multiple states.
• Provide technical guidance to adjusters and review claims for coverage and liability.
• Direct daily operations, staffing, and workflow across shifts.
• Monitor claims quality and customer service performance via QA, surveys, and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and DOI regulations; participate in committee reviews.
• Manage external counsel and litigation defense costs; communicate with clients.
