Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive auto liability claims handling with PD/BI exposure.
• Active Florida or Texas adjuster license required.
• Experience handling attorney-represented and high-exposure claims.
• Strong negotiation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigated auto liability claims from assignment to resolution.
• Investigate coverage, liability, damages, and exposure.
• Respond to demands, discovery, and negotiations with defense counsel.
• Review medical records and repair estimates to assess damages.
• Set accurate reserves and monitor case progress.
• Maintain detailed file documentation per standards.
• Collaborate with SIU, underwriting, and subrogation teams.
