United Automobile Insurance Company is seeking a Litigation Adjuster for Property Damage and Bodily Injury with remote work options from anywhere in the Southeast region. The role emphasizes strong litigation handling, negotiation, and claims evaluation across auto PD/BI claims.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in litigation claims, knowledge of PD and BI, and an active adjuster license. Florida/Texas licensure is preferred. Join a family-owned leader dedicated to quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of progressive litigation claims handling in auto liability.
• Experience in PD/BI claims with attorney-represented files.
• Strong coverage analysis, liability and damages knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation and written communication skills.
• Active adjuster license in Florida and/or Texas (preferred) and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigated auto liability claims from assignment to resolution.
• Investigate coverage, liability, damages, and exposure.
• Respond to demands, discovery, and negotiations with defense counsel.
• Evaluate property damage claims and monitor BI exposure as needed.
• Collaborate with counsel to develop litigation strategy and monitor progress.
• Attend mediations, settlements, or trials as required.
• Set reserves accurately based on claim evaluation.
• Review medical records and repair estimates for damages.

Bachelor's degree in a related field
