Job summary

Freedom National is seeking an Auto Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster for a fully remote position in Utah. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in adjusting auto insurance claims, capable of handling complex bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.

The successful adjuster will be responsible for evaluating and negotiating claims, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. Benefits include health coverage, a 401(k) plan, and competitive vacation time.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of adjusting private passenger auto BI, UM/UIM claims.
• Capability to work remotely and meet work from home requirements.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle insurance claims.
• Apply policy language in accordance with UT statutes.
• Negotiate settlements and authorize payments.
