• Active adjuster license in Florida and/or Texas.

Aufgaben

• Manage litigated auto liability claims from assignment to resolution.
• Investigate coverage, liability, damages, and exposure.
• Respond to demands, discovery, and negotiations with defense counsel.
• Review medical records, repair estimates, and expert reports.
• Set and manage reserves; maintain file documentation.
• Collaborate with SIU, underwriting, and subrogation teams.
• Attend mediations, settlements, and trials as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations.
