Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in compensation analysis, program design, and administration.
• Strong Excel and modeling capabilities; familiarity with compensation governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and advise on base pay, annual incentive and long‑term incentive programs.
• Translate market data and internal analytics into actionable insights for leaders.
• Manage plan administration, governance, reporting and audits.
