This enterprise role supports governance across Berkshire Hathaway Energy affiliates, handling annual reviews, reports, and compliance, including FLSA; collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT; and driving analytics for informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or HR.
• 2+ years of experience in compensation, HR, finance with a focus on compensation.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation, HR, finance with a focus on compensation (Sr level).
• Advanced knowledge of compensation programs, processes and technology.
• Experience leveraging HRIS/HCM systems for compensation administration and reporting.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage job architecture and salary structure framework; align with market data and equity considerations.
• Oversee annual compensation review process with cross-functional teams; ensure data integrity and timeliness.
• Support executive compensation programs; conduct market assessments and governance reporting.
• Assist in FLSA compliance reviews and related policy adherence.
• Support senior leadership on confidential compensation initiatives and strategic projects.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested.
