Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of compensation experience or related program evaluation.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency; strong data interpretation.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and implementation of enterprise-wide compensation programs.
