Job summary

Zillow Group is seeking a Senior Compensation Program Manager to design, analyze, and administer global compensation programs aligned with business strategy. You will lead advanced benchmarking, provide data-driven insights, and partner with HR and Finance to support equitable, compliant decisions.

You will own the end-to-end compensation planning cycle, manage equity programs, build governance tools, and drive data quality across Workday and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years in compensation, rewards, or HR analytics roles.
• Experience with market benchmarking and salary surveys.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine global salary structures using benchmarking, internal equity and analytics to maintain fair pay.
• Manage equity compensation programs including design, administration, and analysis.
• Own end-to-end compensation planning cycle—scoping, timeline coordination, data validation, system configuration, and executive delivery; liaison to HR/Finance teams.
• Build trusted partnerships with HR Business Partners and HR Shared Services as the primary contact for escalated compensation inquiries.
• Develop and maintain compensation policy, tools and models to support scalable governance and decision-making.
• Audit compensation data and ensure data quality/compliance across systems such as Workday and external surveys.
