Job summary

NorthStar Anesthesia seeks a Compensation Analyst to help ensure a competitive market position for compensation, merit, bonus, and equity. The role partners with corporate and clinical leadership to attract, retain, and maintain pay equity across the organization.

This role is remote-enabled with occasional in-person work in Irving, TX as needed; strong analytical skills and effective communication with senior leaders are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in the compensation discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred with emphasis on clinician compensation programs.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain job descriptions reflecting incumbents' work.
• Administer multiple bonus and incentive programs including processing payments.
• Create and maintain job profiles in HRIS per standards.
• Benchmark roles against market data to set competitive ranges.
• Evaluate roles for classification, exempt/nonexempt status, and salary.
