Job summary

isolved HCM is seeking a Compensation Analyst to design, implement, and maintain our compensation infrastructure, including salary ranges, job architecture, and merit processes. This role partners with HR leadership, Finance, and HR Business Partners, translating market data and internal analysis into practical, defensible pay decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in compensation, HR analytics, or total rewards with ownership of planning cycles.
• Experience designing salary structures and job architecture.
• Experience running a full merit cycle including budgeting and reconciliation.
• Strong Excel modeling and ability to translate outputs into recommendations.
• Hands-on use of benchmarking tools and HRIS data.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement salary ranges using benchmarking data.
• Own the full merit cycle end to end, including budgeting and reconciliation.
• Build job leveling and titling framework for pay equity and hiring decisions.
• Lead survey participation and competitive analysis with benchmarking tools.
• Conduct and maintain pay equity reviews; track progress over time.
• Design compensation models, dashboards, and reporting for stakeholders.
• Identify AI tools to improve benchmarking speed and reporting efficiency.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Recruiting on compensation decisions.
