Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in Compensation, HR, or related field.
Knowledge of base pay, job evaluation, market pricing, salary structures, and incentive compensation.
FLSA classification awareness for exempt vs nonexempt roles.
Advanced Excel for large data sets, modeling, and complex formulas.
Experience developing dashboards/reports to identify trends and insights for stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication translating data concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

Provide compensation guidance aligned with philosophy, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Support cross-organizational compensation across multiple sectors and functions.
Independently evaluate promotions, salary adjustments, and other actions.
Evaluate bonuses and incentives for compliance and consistency.
Assess jobs and responsibilities for FLSA classification and salary recommendations.
Conduct market pricing and analyses to identify trends and issues, formulating recommendations.
Develop compensation models, dashboards, and reports to support decisions and initiatives.
Assist with annual compensation programs and enterprise projects, including testing and implementation.
