Job summary

Evergreen Energy Partners seeks a Community Resource Manager to build partnerships with Community Action Agencies, 211, and housing organizations, coordinating referrals for energy-efficiency programs.

You will research funding sources, maintain a searchable resources database, and guide staff on eligibility and referral pathways while communicating with empathy in challenging situations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to establish relationships with nonprofit, utility, and social service organizations.
• Strong research and data-management skills for organizing program information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complex program requirements clearly.
• Empathetic, patient, and professional when assisting customers in challenging situations.
• Ability to coordinate across a large network of partners and resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Community Action Agencies, 211, senior centers, municipalities, housing organizations, nonprofits, and other partners.
• Identify and develop new intake and referral partnerships to connect customers with services.
• Ensure partners understand eligibility, services, and referral processes.
• Create and deliver partner communications and training materials; update reference resources.
• Maintain ongoing communication with partners to sustain engagement and program alignment.
• Research funding sources and maintain a comprehensive database of requirements, geography, and contacts.
