Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Program Associate to join our Peoria, IL team. You will provide administrative and outreach support for partnerships with Community Based Organizations on energy efficiency programs in Illinois.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in related fields, proficiency with Word/Excel/CRM tools, and willingness to travel across Illinois. The role offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer service, energy efficiency or working with community-based organizations.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for CBOs and program partners to support communication and engagement.
Assist with outreach, partner engagement, and ongoing relationship management.
Represent the organization at community events and outreach activities.
Collect, review, and maintain program data, invoices, and supporting docs for accuracy.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
Track project activities and deadlines using database systems and tools.
Ensure compliance with program requirements and escalate issues as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data and documentation issues.
